Tickets for Tours

Advance tickets are available for select daily tour departures. Tickets are available for sale online or by calling E-tix at 800.514.3849 until 8 am CST on the day of the tour. E-tix customer service hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm CST and Saturday 9 am to 2 pm CST. Tickets can be held for will-call pick up at museum.

Tickets for other tours are available in the museum on a first-come first-served basis the day of the tour. Tours often sell out early

Please read the following carefully before purchasing:

Check in at museum shop with print-at-home ticket no later than 15 minutes prior to designated tour departure. Tickets purchased online are for specified tour departures only. Those tickets purchased online which are not redeemed for the specified tour departure will be considered a donation to the Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust.

Special ticketing offers and discounts do not apply to E-tix (online) purchases.

No exchanges or refunds.

Tours depart from the Home and Studio in Oak Park or from the Robie House in Chicago, as specified. For directions to departure sites, call 708.848.1976 or check this Web site. Check in at departure site no later than 15 minutes prior to departure time.

Museums have limited access to persons with mobility restrictions. Stair-climbing is necessary. Limited provisions for hearing and visually impaired.

Due to heavy traffic in the greater metropolitan area, please allow ample time for travel to museums. Allow a minimum of 45 minutes when traveling between the Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio in Oak Park and the Robie House in Hyde Park.

Online Tickets for the Wright's Robie House Tours:

In order to maintain visitor safety and a suitable guest experience, the Robie House will offer limited public access during restoration construction as we prepare for the building's centennial anniversary in 2010. November 1, 2008 through October 31, 2009, public tours of the Robie House will be offered Saturdays between 11 am and 3 pm.
